Immersive Enchanted Evening

This summer, we designed and produced an enchanted evening on Necker Island for our clients, a bespoke celebration set along the pristine sands and lush natural foliage of Turtle Beach. Our vision was to create an immersive and playful experience that embraced the island’s natural beauty, an event that felt alive, whimsical, and magical.

Production Installations

Enter through an enchanted installation arch to a custom 30ft live moss masquerade wall featuring 80 hand-crafted masks greeted guests, setting the tone for a night of wonder and play. At the heart of the venue stood a 9-foot-tall DJ booth, adorned with hand crafted giant florals and opening hands. Giant florals and mushrooms sitting at over 5ft framed the space and guided guests through hidden pathways and secret locations within our very own enchanted forest.

Immersive Performances

Throughout the evening, live performances from fairies and forest creatures discretely moved through the space. Light dancers moved through the beach using a variety of glowing props and under a glowing pink full moon, guests danced barefoot in the sand to an international DJ and live musicians, fully immersed in the magic of the night. This production captured a sense of playfulness, wonder, and surprise, creating an unforgettable experience for our clients and their guests.

Bespoke design

Every detail was meticulously designed. Bespoke tablescapes in layered shades of green mirrored the island’s lush foliage, while moss-wrapped bars overflowed with fresh florals. Dynamic lighting, sound, and smoke installations washed the shoreline in vibrant pinks and violets. More than 60 feet of overhead florals and cascading lights were suspended from the trees, forming a vivid canopy of color and movement.
