Kezzia, Founder & Director
Local to the British Virgin Islands, Kezzia began her career on Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island nearly 15 years ago, where she discovered her passion for curating experiences. She has since worked exclusively with UHNWIs, leading the opening of private islands, luxury estates and directing large scale events. As the founder of HUSTL, Kezzia brings vision, bold creativity, and unmatched expertise to every project.
Hennie, Events & Operations Manager
With a strong background in high-end hospitality, Hennie played a pivotal role as Estate Manager for Sir Richard Branson’s private home on Necker Island. Her expertise lies in private island operations and bespoke guest experiences, honed over years of working with HNWIs. At HUSTL, Hennie ensures seamless execution, delivering every experience with precision and excellence.
Amy, Event Manager
Amy’s career spans years of working directly with UHNWIs, including time at Necker Island as a PA to Sir Richard Branson’s private office. She later led guest experience at an exclusive private island wellness resort, shaping its luxury hospitality standards from the ground up. At HUSTL, Amy specializes in communication, detail, and elevated client experiences.
